Test enth cycle. will be followed by another test only.
So run nolva while on cycle. When coming off nolva, i inderstand there is usually an estrogen flood. So arimidex would be good for stoping this? Why not just run arimidex during then go cold turkey pc?

personnaly i always use nolvadex during cycle and for pct. i have not use arimidex yet because it cost alot more for me than nolvadex. but nolvadex has worked fine for me and i like to stick with what i know.

It's the same for all of us, and you find things that work for you and not others. That said, I run Adex through my whole cycle and PCT and add in the Nolva as part of PCT. I like the Adex for bloat(I almost never gyno) and during PCT you can use it to hel raise endogenous Test levels, and it is very effective at both of these tasks at low doses.

man research is the key.
1. there is no need to run nolva the whole cycle have it on hand unless you are super gyno prone....
2. just use nolva for pct it is better than clomid and w/o the sides too.
3. adex to keep bloat off.
