Is it possibly ok to administer a 0nce daily shot of 4iu hgh as i just started new job and there is no possible way to store the hgh...Maybe 4iu b4 bed?

Yes not a problem,but I`m sure you must have the time to split that up into two shot`s,if not shoot it AM as you produce natural HGH when your a sleep.Good luck with your new job....

I may be wrong but isn't the best time to do Gh first thing in the morning when you blood sugar levels are at their lowest? Just wondering.. I was taking mine at night before bed but now take it at 4:30am before going to do cardio.

oh and yes 4IU's at once it fine.

Dude, don't bother 2 split 4 ius: it's NOT THAT MUCH. How old are you? Nite admin is advisable for runts and those over 60; otherwise, morning is prefered because of the above. A workout within 3 hours of injection is optimal, but you can do without it if your schedule doesn't permit. G'luck...

Yes you can take it all in 1 hit but remember the less GH you take at once the more chance your body will absorb every little bit of it. It just makes you wonder how the pros take 20 - 30IU p/day

Many pros do bro, and many know this. I read an article on Markus Ruhl saying he takes 32IU p/day. It sort of does make sense because if people like us take up to 10IU p/day, then surely the pros that have plenty more experience and are so much bigger must take at least double or triple to what we do.

MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!!! They are bigger, yes; and more HGH/roid naive so have a higher tolerance, but 32ius will waste your wallet as fast as it clears out of your system. You can only fit so many elephants into ONE rowboat...
