1. Box Squats: 225x5x2, 245x2, 275x2 All sets done with the light band.
2. Glute Ham Bench: 4x12 All sets done with a light band
3. Standing Abs: 90x4x12
Great training session this morning! last time I worked with bands I was so slow, I went down to 95lbs on the bar to work on form. The break I took from using the bands really paid dividends today.
