    Question What's your calorie breakdown while cutting?

    Just trying to gather some info regarding everybody's breakdown while cutting, as in percentage of calories from Protein, carbs, and fats in percentage, (i.e. 40/40/20)

    I know everybody is different, etc, etc, just trying to gather some general knowledge as I will be changing mine shortly....

    I don't know for sure, I just make sure my protein is high, carbs are pretty low and that I eat every 2½-3 hours.

    I'm doing the same as Tin, high protein, lots of meals, good PWO nutrition. Very low carbs for me as I'm very sensitive to them. Also separating pro/fat and pro/carb meals. I'm prolly eating about 1000-1100 cals/day.

    i was thinking the same thing. Sounds extremely low. Shes a girl though so if she weights lets say 115 it doesnt sound too bad. I still think its a little to low though.

    Right now my macros are +/- this each day..

    400g protein
    200g carbs
    50g fat

    I'm 5'9", 146 Lbs. I shot too low.. sorry, I was at work when I put that in..not the best place to be on AR... oh well. I'm eating about 1200/day. I don't eat very much, but what I do eat is a lot of protein... I dunno, maybe I should be eating more but I don't feel like I need to
