    how much are you doing weekly mate.....if it is only 500mg weekly then i suggest you split the dose into two shots of 250mg.....monday and thursday..
    if you are doing 1000mg weekly then yes you can do one shot of 500mg twice weekly.....................

    500mg a week for 10 weeks and what is the benifit of doing 2 250mg shots a week compared to one 500mg shot a week?
