Had great success with Proviron, which isnt an AI. But it will still bind to the aromotase enzyme reducing estrogen levels. Its not one of the more powerful compounds for this action, favouring Letro, Arimidex, Liquidex and Aromasin. I only advise Letro's use for contest preperation or if extremly sensitive to estrogen related sides or using androgens which aromotase heavily.

Proviron has many benifits, reducing estrogen, whilst also binding to SHBG making your testosterone based cycle more effective.

Its also good for PCT, I feel. Masking any decrease in sex drive, reducing levels of estrogen and SHBG, again. Proviron at 50mg/ED whilst "on" and during PCT is what I do.

When using a 19-Nor, Deca/Tren, its a wise idea to use an effective AI. Letro, Arimidex, Liquidex or Aromasin would be preferred here. I'd go for Letro as it can reduce estrogen levels by 98%.

Do you use Nolva as well as Proviron and Letro?

And then Clomid with the Proviron for PCT?

Studies have shown that using nolvadex with letro partialy blocks its effectiveness. Just run the letro then after you come off run the nolvadex to supress any estrogen rebound.

Proviron whilst "on", at 25-50mg/ED. Then for PCT, HCG/Nolva/Proviron. Nolva at 20mg/ED and Proviron at 50mg/ED for PCT.

Letro isnt perfect for PCT, which IMO is a very important part of the cycle. It can drive estrogen levels too low and do more damage than good.

I didn't do A LOT of research for it, but it served its' purpose which was to solicit forum consensus.
