    Cardio while bulking

So far I have been doing great with my bulk and haven't added on to much fat. However as much as I have been saying I have no intrest in cutting till next summer I kinda wouldn't mind trimming some fat. Do you guys recommend a cardio routine built into a bulking routine to try and bulk on lean mass but still try and cut some fat?

I dont bother with cardio when bulking. You gotta build the base then work on getting cut after you have a solid base.

Gettin abs isn't difficult as opose to other muscle groups.

It's just going to make things harder, slower and more complicated. I'd stick to bulking then cardio once your at the level you want to become.

bro. this is serious, don't give the guy a wrong advice, cardio IS NOT for cutting.
Cardio is derived from Cardiovascular, it is very important to train your heart as it is a muscle.

well many will agree/disagree on this topic. I use my own method and it works. If he doesn't want to go by it thats fine, just stating my opinion on the topic and how it works for me.

if he wants to look cut at the same time its very simple.....

45 mins of cardio in the a.m everyday
    30 mins of abs/ed

it will take him 6-8 weeks (2 months) to get cut so thats why I dont really worry about it. mehhh

I do agree with you, that when doing cardio it exercises the heart so yes in a way its good but if he wants to go for the bulk and cut look then I dont recomend it jus too much work.

Bulk 1st then cut. enough said.

You should always do cardio. Its very important when bulking due to the extra intake of calories, whats the point of letting the bf% creep up,it only means one thing.....more to loose when cutting! So make sure you clean bulk and ALWAYS do cardio.
The prospect of a healthy heart should also spur you on to do your cardio.
