I have been at 30mg ed for the last 4 days. I heard its better 2 spread out the doses through out the day. So i have been taking 10mg when i wake up 5mg 1hr befor i workout....5mg 1hr after i workout and then 10mg befor i go 2 sleep. If anyone has any input on the most effective way 2 spread out the doses ..inform me please if my way isnt the best way..Im still in my first week and i have 3 more weeks with the d-bol befor the test kicks in..and i was planning on bumping it up to 35mg in week 2 and 40mg in week 3 and 45 in week 4 ..Thanx everyone
