    D-bol doses

    I have been at 30mg ed for the last 4 days. I heard its better 2 spread out the doses through out the day. So i have been taking 10mg when i wake up 5mg 1hr befor i workout....5mg 1hr after i workout and then 10mg befor i go 2 sleep. If anyone has any input on the most effective way 2 spread out the doses ..inform me please if my way isnt the best way..Im still in my first week and i have 3 more weeks with the d-bol befor the test kicks in..and i was planning on bumping it up to 35mg in week 2 and 40mg in week 3 and 45 in week 4 ..Thanx everyone

    every 3 hrs is fine.

    No reason to take 10mg first then 5mg then 5mg again then 10mg. Just take 10mg three different times throughout the day. When you wake, midday and evening is fine. I really cant tell a difference when I spread it or take it at once personally.

    i found that it works well to take the dbol immediately when you wake up, then spread the rest out evenly over 5-6 doses approx 3 hrs apart. dbol has a very short half life, so its ideal to take it such that the level of dbol in your blood stays as constant as possible

    i run it am , lunch , pm.. in 3rd week now bud.. strength is up and gains of 10lbs

    I usually run it at 50mg ed for 4 weeks,spreading the dose throughout the day.

    I run 50mg every day spread out but dont make it hard on yourself it doesnt have to be exactly on the hour.

    Im doing 10 mg's every six hours, and yes i wake up in the middle of the night to take it...

    I take 30mg ED also. 10mg in the morning, 10mg in the afternoon, and 10mg in the evening.when taken throughout the day levels will stay steady,when taken all at once levels will peak and then drop off. i do notice a difference when i take them all at once,i get a real good pump during my workout then as it tapers off i can notice the difference. i prefer to spread them out.
