Are there some unnoticable veins that we don't know are there that can be hit? And what happens if you hit a vein?

Yes, lots of veins you don't see and hitting one can hurt like hell, sometimes you pass through it and don't even notice, this is why you always aspirate.
Any chance of dying if hitting a vein by accident?Originally Posted by shortie
I sure as hell hope not! I really don't see how, barring an outside medical issue in which case you should not be taking gear. But once again the importance of aspirating cannot be over stressed because there is potential for harm by injecting directly into a vein.
Aspirating takes less than 1 second to do. If you draw blood, pull out change needles and try again.
Hell yea it hurts and it leaves a nasty bruise for me. The thought of the blood squirting out gives me the chills. lol.Originally Posted by shortie
