So, some of you may remember my being a bouncer rant last weekend, well last night was just unbelievable. Im gonna start with the good part of the night to be in a good mood while typing this so i dont punch the screen.
So the good
I was on fire last night, I dunno what it was, but the girls were flocking me like I was Austin Power's in the 60's. I got 3 numbers, and 1 of which txt'd me before I even left the club to come over....... but I was in such a bad mood when I left, if I saw her, I'd be such a buzz kill for her.

So now the bad.
Let's take it back to last weekend... i guess last weekend someone threw away all the bed sheets by accident in the club. We have beds set up all around the club with red sheets which actually looks really sweet so it could of been me or this other guy working there i dunno... it was 3:30am and our job was to take out the trash, they were in a trash bag by the front door and no one specfied the bed sheets were in there, so if there is a trash bag on the floor.... i throw it out... the other guy agreed with me.
so after about an hour discussion from 3:45am till 4:45am about repsonsibility last night he told us how the new sheets costed him about $300
o but wait, he then went on to say it costed ME AND THE OTHER GUY $300, so they withheld our pay last night. I walked right out. thats so ****ed up. he is a business owner. shit happens, it costs more than the desired amount some time. we should not have been punished for lack of communication on his part am i right?

Unfortunately/Forunately the owner lives on the same street as me and we are really friendly with eachother. So next time I see him outside im gonna talk to him and say to him, look, as a friend, that was ****ed up what you did, im not one to tell you how to run your business, but even with my small business of detailing cars, I know shit happens and me being the owner covers the damages because a single finger cant be point in this situation its not fair to punish the 20 yr old poor college kid when I know for a fact you brought in over $4,000 tonight ..

I havnt talked to him yet, Im at work at my other job at GNC which pays $10/hr for me to sit here on the computer.

And as a friend goes, he's not one i'd hang out with, but we're friendly with eachother and talk to eachother outside of work on a personal basis and the other guy who he ****d over he has known for about 10 years and has worked with him for many years and i know they go out all the time togeather so it is comming from him as a boss and not as a friend ( i think )

SVT, I would forget about friendship with that ****er - if he does shit like this, he's not your friend. Pussy whipped or not. I wouldnt show up for your next shift, and then when calls you about it say you're not working until he pays you what he owes you. If he refuses to pay you tell him you're suing him for it in small claims court. It doesnt matter if it was under the table pay - he's breaking the law bc you should be on his payroll, and you're not. he'll probably just pay you what he owes to stay out of court. you won't work for him again; but why would you want to work for someone like that?

And the funny thing is, my job there... is to basically "entertain" the ladies. I've never actually thought about it that into it, but... hes gonna actually be ****ed without me. He isnt aware of how many girls I am actually in contact with that go there on a consistent basis, and nevermind the high roller that goes there every weekend spending a grand a night or so. If I told him how they about doing their operations and what they say about him and how they use him so bad for money, he wouldnt go back.
The club is a realitively new one and the name is still getting out there and isnt strong enough yet to really survive without its 10-15 regulars and 2 high rollers, which i know about... 8 of the regulars and one of the high rollers.
