Guys how often do you carb load during the contest diet? Traditionally ive always carb loaded for 2 days straight then continued 5 days of low carb etc...for this contest i've been carb loading only for 1 day to see if that would help get me in the condition i want to be at for this show...im getting huge cravings though now where as last time it seemed the 2 days of carbing up kept me sane...not sure if i should add another day though....currently my base carbs are at 115-120g a day, and for carb days they are usually 380-400g....i seem to be pretty flat after 3 days of base carbs...
