Thread: needle movement while injecting?

    needle movement while injecting?

Is it important to keep the syringe and needle as steady as possible during the injection process. I imagine it is quite difficult to reach round to your glute and aspirate while keeping the needle dead still?

I would keep it as steady as possible. The more you move the more sore you could be. You are correct though, glutes are tough. I won't even do them myself.

u get use to it, try using 2 hands one to hold the niddle and the other to pump the juice.... it gets easy after a few times, go on tren, you will have to do it every other day.... Not fun bro

I do glute shots daily and have learned to do it with one hand. I can even aspirate without moving the needle. Also, once in the glute, you can let go and it will just hang there if you need a minute. I used to have someone else do it, but for the past few cycles I have had no problems learning. Good luck!

Yeah, and remember aspirating doesn't take much, some people pull the plunger up cc's. That's not necessary, for example doctors often flick it once with the index finger.

Agree with everyone here. You want to keep it straight moving it around can possibly lead you to nicking a vien.

It is nearly impossible to keep the needle steady while injecting. A little movement is not gonna kill ya. It may cause some slight discomfort and create a little extra scar tissue but its nothing to worry about. Just make sure you practice aseptic injection techniques and always aspirate prior to your injection.

I've definitely noticed if you move the needle around a little, for what ever reason, I'm a lot more sore post injection, no mater what compound I'm using. Try to keep it as steady as possible.

Can you share any more pointers. It sucks having a driving cross town to
have a nurse do it. Trying to get friendly with one a few houses down,
    don't want any publicity.

Daily injections at the same site is not a good practice. It will increase your chance of an abcess not to mention the build up of scar tissue.

i have a post in the lounge that actually describes a recent incident i had when injecting b-12. long story short, the needle was all the way in and went from being straight on to about a 45 degree angle sideways while being 1" into the muscle. surprisingly, it didn't hurt at all. don't feel like explaining the whole story again, but you can find it in the lounge.

i probably just lucked out, cause i would imagine it should've hurt like hell, but i suppose it depends on what else is near where you're injecting. however, i wouldn't be too concerned about the needle moving while actually injecting. if you're gonna hit a vein, you'd do it while pushing the needle in. if the needle moves around a bit, so long as it's not sliding in and out, it shouldn't pierce a vein. just aspirate before injecting, make sure to not go in any further after that, and just inject whatever it is you're pumping into yourself.

Yeah, I am kind of a pu$$y when it comes to quad injections. I do hit a variety of points on my glutes, but have not been able to change it up. I have not had a problem, so am still blissfully ignorant.

But for glute injections when you do them there, doing it with one hand allows you to perform the routine without having to have a gymnists stretching abilities. I usually brace myself with one arm and be sure to stand on the leg I am not injecting into. I do not stand on the leg I am injecting into as I do not want to be making a muscle (flexing) my glute during the injection. If you do clench your buttox, you are more likely to feel a tearing rather than a quick insert. When I accidentally make a muscle, my a$$ is usually a little sore that day compared to normal days.

When I inject the needle, I then release the syringe and it simply holds its position. I then pinch the plunger with my thumb and index finger and press my middle finger on the rear of the syringe. With one hand you can aspirate and if no blood is seen, inject all with the one hand. It is much easier when you do not have to stretch both arms to the injection site as this gets increasingly difficult as you get larger.

    Good luck!

i mean lets think about it, you have a needle 1 1/2" in your ass. common sense would say to try and keep it as stable as possible no? i dont even know how you can ask something like this.

agreed. move the needle around a lot and you'll definately feel it the next day. Inject really really slowwww...like 1cc every 10-15 seconds, which reallyyyy helps for soreness. you'll be able to do legs the next day...ha

Hey My Daughter Is Cureently Taking Classes To Finish High Scholl Early, Her Grades Are So Good, Plus She Is Taking Pre-rn Classes, Shes Going Into The Medical Field, I Would Rather Have Someone I Trust That Has Some Knowledge How To Use Syringes, My Mother Is Diabetic, And She Likes To Help With Her Injections, And Synthol Is Not Illegal.

My Daughter Turns 17 In 2 Weeks.

Who Are You To Start Calling Names Like That, I Would Rather Have Someone Help Me That I Trust, Instead Of Causing Myself Injury, And She Has Plenty Of Experience With Syringes, Helping Her Grandmother With Her Insulin.

    So Whats The Problem ???

I don't think it cool to toss around insults. I'm more curious why you would
want to shoot SYNTHOL. I am shocked to find out it takes 10 per day. I've
seen pictures of some of the horror stories. Like to hear more form some one
    that can communicate back.

Think about what she is really learning by injecting you with this shit!

I follow the guidelines closely, i rotate the bi-cep shots daily, the tri-ceps require 3 shots per arm, and 9 per side chest shot injections, my legs seem to grow like crazy, my traps have no problems growing, as my shoulders have no problem either, its my chest and arms, i can hit the gym , and no matter how hard i train, i cannot seem to get them to really stick out, know what i mean ?
i have been taking the SYNTHOL, and so far i like the results, i have 2 more weeks of injections left and ill be done with it. iam trying to even my muscles out.

its the idiots out there there abuse it that give it a bad name, just like there are morons that abuse STEROIDS, and give them a bad name...

I see your point, It's a policy of mine not to change people or insult their way of life. I try to help my friends and they just go on being their bad self's. If I
trashed my friends that did weird stuff, they would just hide it.

O.K. this will be my last post in this thread.

You comparing her injecting Slin to injecting Synthol are completely asinine. The Insulin which she injects has a VALID medical application unlike your need for Synthol!

Why don't you show her the pic of Greg Valentino and then ask her to inject you with that crap! And we wonder why kids these days have Meth habits!

Now we have successfully hijacked this thread!
