    no weight gain yet!

    i am starting wk 9 of a 10 wk cycle of test c at 400mg. i've went from 210 to 205 since starting cycle. my body fat has dropped to 8%, starting at 10%. since when is test a cutter. i feel great tho, no sides and strength is crazy. i just can't figure out why i am losing weight. maybe the fat loss is just out weighing the muscle gain. my diet has always been great. i been eating 5000 calories and 350-400 g protein daily. i'm not going to list my entire diet, but it consist of: natty p-butter, chicken, tuna , turkey, 96% beef, egg whites, oats, baked potatoes, white rice, whey protein, ff cottage cheese, yogurt, olive oil, nuts, etc. you get the idea. this wk i'm trying 5500 calories, thats about all i can get down in a day, w/o feeling bloated as hell. i train very intense for 4 days a wk. i put on 50 lbs natty w/ this diet and training routine. btw 1st cycle. anyone have any idea's?

    Thats wierd that you are eating so much and leaned out. Test Cyp can be used to cut. It all depends on your diet.

    I wonder if you are actually getting 5kcals ED. When I ate that much I wanted to puke after every meal.

    I'm doing 5kcals ED and feel like a friggin bloated balloon with the amount of food I have to consume. Gonna have to drop some of the solids and throw in some weightgainer powder. Have gained 8ish pounds in 9 days though Would imagine that some of that weight is undigested oatmeal though

    Cant see how you could have LOST weight with that amount of calorific consumption

    A freind of mine who does distance cycling (tour de france type thing) can consume a lot more than me BUT weighs a lot less. His aerobic activity burns calories like a furnace. Whats your aerobic activity like?

    i eat 9 meals a day, including one during the night. when i wake up in the middle of the night to piss i eat a can of tuna, shake, and a some p-butter . right now i eat 600 calories every meal x 9 = 5400 cal. i love to eat so it works out good. i never dropped below 4000 calories since i was 18, 24 now. guess my body has gotten used to it. my 2 cups of oats in the morning, kinda make me bloated. i can't take weight gainer, it makes me feel sick. i think i have the world's fastest metabolism!!

    This sounds very strange you have lost weight and with so much calories, i would have to wonder if the cyp you are taking is legit, also i would have to look at your diet abit closer.

    pretty sure cyp is legit. strength really took off about wk 5. squat, bench, deads are all up 30-40 lbs. my dad was a bodybuilder for 10 years and has really helped a lot on the diet and routine. even w/o all the weight gain i am still happy w/ the results from the test so far. i feel like superman! i guess i was just expecting 20 lbs weight gain. btw i forgot to mention the nolva at 10mg ed, that is probably keeping the water weight down. should i stop the nolva until PCT? no signs of gyno.

    Also, list your routine to see if your calorific output is greter than you input JMO

    with my job i work 3-12+ hr days, so i have to train 4 days in a row, then 3 days off. my job is very fast past and i probably burn a lot of calories at work. since i started my cycle, i do no cardio. my workouts last 1-1 1/2 hrs. i'm always changing what muscles i work together. right now i do:
    day 1 chest,shoulders
    day2 legs, abs
    day3 tris, bis
    day 4 back.
    during my cycle i've really dropped the reps, done more sets, and rest more between sets.

    there no way your eating 5k calories a day and losing weight. something doesnt add up.

    here is my diet:
    7:00am- 2 cups oats, 1 tbs honey, 2 scoops protein, 1/4 c raisons
    9:00am- 1 can of tuna, 2 tbs natty p-butter, 1/2 c applesauce
    11:30am- 8 oz chicken, apple, 1 c white rice, mixed nuts
    1:00pm- 2 scoops protein, 2 tbs natty p-butter, yogurt
    3:30pm- 8 oz lean beaf or venison, 1c veggies, 2 baked potatoes, meat cooked w/ 1 ts olive oil
    5:30pm- 2 scoops protein w/ ff frozen yogurt, lean turkey sandwich
    7:30pm- 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs scrambled cooked in 1 ts olive oil, salad w/ nuts and red wine vinegar
    9:30pm- 1 cup ff cottage cheese, 2 tbs p-butter, 2 slices wheat bread
    2:00am- 1 can of tuna, 1 scoop protein, 1 tbs p-butter
    marcus i know you are great w/diets, if there is anything to do different let me know. thanks for the help. i think i have developed arthritis after all that. i hate typing.

    i gained all my natural weight from 18-22. the last couple years i really leveled off. thats what i was hoping the aas would help get me to the next level. don't get me wrong, i am very happy w/ my cycle. i just expected some weight gain. sorry columbus no pics, give me another couple yrs. is it possible 400 mg wk is a little low for me? i have naturally high test levels (700-800). i've even asked the doc, why i have to eat so much. he always gives me the high metabolism thing.

    i'll check my source once i hit 100 post. i know guys that use this source and love him. like i said i've got good benefits from it, just not weight.

    I am on week 9 of test E and have gained 14 pounds while losing about 3% body fat.

    Maybe your diets are caloriclly high enough??????// too much cardio? Weight loss could be loss of muscle? Loss of water...

    i'm starting to wonder if i don't have bunk gear. the amps are an exact match to the ones in the steroid pic forum. lets say the gear is bunk, is it possible to get any strength gain from the nolva alone. example: bench is up 35 lbs. i highly doubt this is cause of nolva. i know it will reduce water, which will explain loss of weight.

    Prob nothing other than a small increase in test and a small decrease in water...nothing crazy.....it could be 100% mental....like many supplements...shit, people start taking no2 and celltech and all of a sudden have these huge gains
