    where do i start?

    i recently purchased 200 tablets of 10/mg dbol from a friend. im new at this so im looking for alittle guidance. im 21, 6'5", 365 lbs and ive lifted since i was 16. gradually my bench has hit the low 300s and i have platued so im looking to push the limits on my bench. unfortunately, ive tried dieting and it just hasnt worked for me. i was wondering if i should try dieting before i do this? also, what is out there to cut weight quickly? thanks for your help.

    At your age you do not need AAS, you have eoungh natural hormones floating around to achieve your goals, id concentrate on your diet and training program because they are the key to building a good solid base before you even start AAS, if you do build a good base which does takes years you will make excellent gains when you do decide to take gear and will be far more maintainable

    Wow you are a big guy for 21 dude. Under no circunstances should you even contemplate juice just yet. But you have come to the right place for help. Do you know what you bf% is ? You need to post up your diet. Everthing you eat in a day meal by meal. What are you doing in the way of cardio ? You can diet without it being a pain in the ass, there are tons of things you can eat that isnt shit so do not dispair !!!

    You area little on the young side(im 21 as well) and many members will tell you to shy away from AAS at this age. This being said, You have the lifting experience, and it seems you have the dedication, but for your first cycle this would be a big mistake. Most of the people on this board will say go with a Test E cycle for 12 weeks, this is MUCH more optimal, safer, and will yield better results. SInce you have the Dbol on hand, you can stack that with the test, it's a bit much 4 your first time but many people do it. I have no experience with that combo so maybe someone else could help you there, but i wouldnt take that alone, hope this points you in the right direction

    HAHAAH i thought i was gonna be the first response, so i put the little disclaimer in my post about the age....
    My post is assuming you have proper diet/workout ethic, bye the size of you for your age i just assumed.....

    i dont know my body fat percentage to be honest with you(if ihad to guess id say maybe mid 20's). i have started doing cardio these past couple weeks. i do a 1/2 hour of sprints and walk a couple miles. i need to start lifting more as im only lifting 2 days a week. as far as my diet goes i usually stop eating any carbs after 12. i drink mostly water and tea, no soda, mostly eggs and chicken. i do slip every now and then but its nothing major. i dont really consume alot of alcohol cause its really not my thing. i tried dieting, and it just doesnt work for me. thats why i was asking what you would recommend to assist my diet- a fat burner? steriod to increase metabloism? i do have a good base as far as lifting experience. i prefer oral steriods to injecting them. so where should i start? as far as sizes go, i have a 44 in. waist, i wear a 46 for comfort, 19 in. neck, 18 in. arms, chest is in the 40s, and my legs are solid as hell. i cant say im fat cause, i have ankle bones lol. i just have a gut i cannot get rid of and im looking to get leaner, somewhat bigger, but not looking to gain too much weight. if i could get down to 300 id consider throwing another 20-40 lbs. of muscle on me.

    OK i would say AAS is not for you right now. GO to the diet sticky and look at the cutting diets, this will work wonders alone. If you do cardio everyday, stick to a cutting diet, and get in the gym youll see GREAT results, you can even throw in some over the counter supps to aid you, but i would put the AAS aside for now, your no where near being ready to be honest, im sure everyone on here will tell you the same

    Part in bold is total bullshit Marcus my friend. A teen and a middle aged man has roughly the same test levels and even if it was true his natty levels would never match what the D-bol would give him.

    Don't agree my friend, totally wrong,

    A guy starting sooner runs the risk of damaging himself at 21yrs thing haven't totally settled down, his goals vs the risk isn't worth it IMHO

    at 21yrs old he doesn't need gear no way, Ive seen it many many times kids starting at this age and you wont believe what it can and does cause in later life, it really does mess you up,

    for this guy to achieve his goals he can do it naturally end off, no need to start gear and a possibility of messing his own system up, it takes years to build a base and even if he as been training from a young age its these years what count now to build the solid base to work from,

    I know what you will will do now is quote ref's saying alsorts but to be honest studies are bull it what happens in real life what counts and its not just the odd one who as troubles its a good % what do have trouble and big ones, Ive seen it to many times for not to warn people , many start hrt sooner than they should,sex drive problems and the mental stuff when coming off is shocking,

    I wouldn;t consider AS if I had a BF of over 20%. You need to check the diet forum and get your diet sorted properly. AS will not turn you into a ripped looking BB only diet will do that.

    the more i think about it i dont want to be ripped. i want to keep the thick look and just get bigger and look healthy. id like to shed some of my gut but stay around the same size. if i can gain muscle weight in my chest, arms, back ill be content. im not looking to blow up and hit 400 lbs. id probably shoot myself.

    Bro...take it easy,...get a good cardio program 3 times a week minimun,go to diet forum there's a lot of good info there.You'ii see the diferense in a few weeks of good quality diet.

    BB hey bro...again with all do respect to you.The bold looks as though you're convinced about the the statements you just made.I know both you and Marcus know your stuff.I have seen reports and stats as to why a AAS use is not recommended for adolecsents and younger men.Do you have anything on hand that can show us proof and support of your statements...this would be good info for me.

    If you took the dbol now....You would probably put a crap load of water on get bloated and look that much fatter bro....Its not the nicest thing to say but its the TRUTH.

    Correct-o-mundo.

    You'll get a hell of a lot stronger, temporarely. Will lose it quick though after running the DBOLS. You may even hit 400lbs, I'm talking your body weight, not your bench.

    Get the body fat way down. Then run some test and maybe those dbols. DON'T WASTE THE DBOLS NOW. WAIT TILL YOU GET THE B/F in the low teens.

    If you take them now you will regret it. WAIT, WAIT, and do some cardio.

    Yup.

    Dbol by itself is a bad cycle. AAS is not something that you want to rush into. Research alot, and find a cycle that is best for you. In the mean time, build up a better base. Try to drop some body fat %.
