i recently purchased 200 tablets of 10/mg dbol from a friend. im new at this so im looking for alittle guidance. im 21, 6'5", 365 lbs and ive lifted since i was 16. gradually my bench has hit the low 300s and i have platued so im looking to push the limits on my bench. unfortunately, ive tried dieting and it just hasnt worked for me. i was wondering if i should try dieting before i do this? also, what is out there to cut weight quickly? thanks for your help.
