My stats are 24 179 5'11 9.5%bf, have been training on and off for a couple of years but been going solid for a year. I was at a buck 50 before the gear below, started at the first of the year. Want to bulk up over the winter.
have taken prop alone for 10 wks at 250mg
messed this one up tho, deca for 10wks at 300mg and sust 250 for 12wks
Thoughts so far: Deca 500mg split every mon and thur, Cyp 750 split every mon and thur. Also want to know if either of these can be implemented in cause I got some eq, enth, dbol and winny. Would any of these need to be used also or instead of other.
What would be an ideal pct for this recommended cycle above?
