Just started clen today 20mcg, plan on takening 40 tomarrow. Long story short got perscribed antibiotics. Don't have the exact name right now, till I pick up the script. Would the two interact in an adverse way?

No. The clen will not interact with any normally prescribed antibiotics. You're good.
