    Gyno?

    What if you naturally have puffy nipples do to shitty genetics? What are some other sings to look for: tenderness, lumps? Anything else?

    Small lumps, itchiness, tenderness can be signs of gyno. It can be a mixture of fat tissue and gland tissue aswell.
