i am fully aware that diet and cardio are first and foremost important in battle of fat loss.But when that is in check and you want to really melt it off, what from anyones experience, is more effective: t3, clen, or any other substance????

AM cardio on an empty stomach.
I dropped over 40lbs of fat w/it.
That alone,will melt it off..IMO

If you can get ephedra and dont have heart arrythmias thats the way to go. The ephedra alykaloid binds to the adrenaline receptor on fat cells and causes them to release fatty-acids to use as energy.
