    What is a bridge cycle exactly? What are its purposes?

    when you start with a low dose and then upper the dose then lowering again at the end, exp. 5mg.10mg.20mg.10mg.5mg

    A bridge cycle is when you move from one cycle to the next using a low dose of AAS and thus totally avoiding PCT. Not recommended if you dont know what you are doing ast there can be many long term side effects if you arnt careful.

    now isint bridging and cruising different. bridging is using a different aas compound then you were just using. were criusing is using the same compound but in a lower dose. correct me if im wrong.

    Cruising is basically self prescribed TRT (testosterone replacement therapy). Bridging is using a low dose AS or peptide between cycles. Bridging with AS is not a good idea IMO. Bridging with GH/IGF/SLIN is where it's at!
    None of these things would be reccomended for someone new to AS. You will see great gains off a "normal" cycle. No need to complicate things at an early stage.

    If you really want to bridge; look into slin/IGF that is the correct ticket.
