t4/t3 mix

does anybody know the dosages one should take as a t4/t3 mix? This is knew to me but there is some stuff called Armour thyroid. each tab is 12.5 mcg t3 and 50 mcg or t4.

I want to know how long a cycle would be and how much to take. of course with test cypionate to aid in muscle loss.
