...going back on a strict cutting diet starting this Friday and wanted to get some info about "when" to introducing Clen......Ive heard nothing but good things about it and want to go balls out on this time around (had a period of major family/legal issue that sidetracked me from hitting my goals earlier in the year)...anyway, going to use the Cutting sticky as a model as well as the cardio advice as it worked for me in the past, but here is the question.....would it be beneficial to start Clen right at the beginning or do to the down time, should I wait and why?......just curious about the benefits/drawbacks on WHEN to introduce Clen......basic embarassing stats are 5'11'', still hovering around the 265mark, looking to try and lose 50-65 lbs total, maybe more, maybe less buy will have to wait and see what the old bag of bones will look like once Im down to that point....any help on "When to introduce Clen" question would be appreciated...thanks in advance.
