    Muay Thai and Weights?

I just got laid off but got a few months to kill and I am going to join a Muay Thai gym and lift. I am currently bulking and will start in Jan and use the training to cut down, I plan on training 2-3 1 hour muay thai sessions/day and also try and lift. I was thinking a high rep workout to mimimize overtraining, any suggestions, any help would be appreciated.

Figured I won't have too many opportunities to train as a fighter, might as well do it now.

I train Muay Thai and weights.

I'm just about to start bulking and will maybe get up to 106kg. It does make boxing difficult at this weight and it is really just for the cardio to make the bulk as clean as possible.
It makes sparing quite embarassing as people half my age/weight get the better of me after three/four rounds.
However if it wasn't sparing I would have probably KO'd them by then.

My main focus is to bulk so I'm going to be using low reps.

If your main focus is the fighting, high reps are the way to go. Your want to train for power speed and stamina.
