    L-tryptophan

This miraculous stuff is back on shelves

I cant believe I didnt see or hear anything about the ban being lifted.Today I went to Vitamin shoppe to buy some sleep aids and saw its back on shelves. This has worked wonders for me in the past combating depression and my severe insomnia. My insomnia has been so bad in past that Ive stayed up for days at a time, passing out in chairs yet snapping up awake as soon as I was gonna enter deep sleep.Terrible feeling and wouldnt want it on my worst enemy.........ok maybe on NBWHL J/K

I asked my doctor many times to prescibe it for me and she said that I should see a sleep specialist first.Even after telling her how this stuff helped me she still refused.

I also purchased a bottle of Snooze-in with valerian, melatonin, chamomile and some other stuff. My last meal is at 8pm and so I will just take the Snooze-in at 9pm.This should have me sleeping by 10pm.

Now the L-Tryptophan will be consumed at 2am.Its best to take this amino acid in the absence of other amino acids that will compete with it for access across the brain/blood barrier. When the brain gets flooded with Tryptophan it makes seratonin and this hormone does wonders for sleep and mood.

Just wanted to post this here for the peeps that are having a hard time sleeping.

Forgot to add....entering deep sleep gives a nice GH burst.Great for us BB'ers trying to get our hormones at optimum.

That sucks. Then seratonin was not your issue I would gather.Me on the other hand and my large amount of recreational drug use in the past I feel is what causes my very low seratonin.Or maybe I was born that way and partied to compensate.
