Hey ladies and gentlemen,
I need help. I am working with a girl for her first figure show. She was extremely overweight when she started and has lost a lot of inches everywhere but for some reason I get her to drop weight. She still has a lot of time til her show in June and I know I should probably not be worrying about weight but it's driving me nuts. She does 30mins of cardio 5 days a week, her carbs are low, her protein is high and she is drinking a lot of water. Admittedly she does cheat. Her vice is booze. I'm pretty sure this is the reason she can't get rid of her belly. Can you guys think of anything I may have missed? Any suggestions..opinions? Anything would be greatly appreciated.
