Hahahaha WOW this lady gets a stupid flag

I lost my wallet last night, so I called the police to file a lost report... the lady goes "do you know where you lost it?".. I was shocked she asked such a question so I had to reply "If I knew that maam I would not be calling you"
Geeze.. Im sure she meant in what vacinity but... she left herself open.. anywhoo thats my story lol

I work in a call center and we get the stupidest people on the phones. I dont even know where to begin. We are a referral based company contracted by another. People call and get the names and numbers of people they need to contact for what they are looking for. We tell the member that they authorized contact will call them within 24 hrs or they can call them anything themselves to make an appointment.

Well dude calls in and is like "You guys told me that someone would call me in a day or so. Well its almost been 24 hrs and no one has called me yet" I listened to him explain and complain to me how busy and crammed for time he was for about 10 min. Finally he let me get a sentence in. I asked him one question.

"sir, have you tried calling him...."

He was quiet for 10 seconds before he replied with "You said someone would call me...I dont have time to call people right now. Im on the road right now."

I was speechless....

I had to explain the process again and he demanded that I send the lead again and make it known that he will NOT call them. They would have to call him.

and i woulda hung up on his ass, i hate stupid people.

I wanted to let him have it but... I also kind of need my job right now. haha Thats not even the worst of it. People we talk to cuss us out yell at us and theres not one damn thing we can do about it. Except...write down all they're info. Name, telephone number, street address, and have fun with those after work.
