    Hey! Need help just starting out PLZZ!!!

    HEY

    I am 18 from england and been playing rugby for many of years now and the level of compotition is massive now for first team i mean senior rugby where their is cash involved. just after christmas im joining my old gym agen and starting to work out one of me uncle`s has some steroids nadarome i think or how ever you spell it. I am not a little guy i have always been massive and bulid big all my life i was in the navy and i had good all around fitness levels more arobic but know im looking to get bigger. BUT need advice on sets weer i should start programs any ideas people MUCH WELLCOME!!

    Quite a bit young to be considering steroids, but there are great Workout Forums here that can get you started back in the gym. I would hold off on using steroids until you are 23-25

    I agree with SMAN to holding off on any kind of aas usage. Your 18 and have the ability to gain a considerable amount of mass naturally, a spot on diet with a solid training regime will yield you some great results at your age. Take this time to get your diet,training,and knowledge of aas spot on, and after a couple years you will have the knowledge it takes to run an educated cycle.

    Start reading up and researching bro, and best of luck to you.

    That "nadarome" is sounding like its the bastard son of Deca! But i'm sure it is Deca, you dont want to do that steroid and you surely dont want to do it alone.

    Taking AAS requires a correct combination of substances in order to achieve great gains as safely as possible! And then after the cycle you must pay careful attention to your recovery by using the recomended substances for that also! AAS is not muscle in a bottle!

    Fast gains always = fast losses

    You need a solid bodybuilding base of muscle and strength with low bodyfat and a very sufficient diet which you stick to religeously! After doing that for some months you can add supplementation of protein and/or creatine.

    In a few years you can consider AAS if you still really need it.

    If you cant gain naturally at 18 years old, you aren't working hard enough. I am 19 and have been eating properly for the last year and a half. I went up nearly 20 lbs. in that time, watching my diet for the most part. That was a big improvement for myself, leaping from about 147 to 165ish. Yes, I eat fastfood as well as fatty foods, but somewhat moderately. Dont worry about getting fat at this stage in the game, because it prob. wont happen unless you are genetically built that way. Hell, our metabolisms are running on overdrive 24-7. Hard workouts are also vital. Just do yourself a favor and pay a few extra visits to the fridge and eat constantly. Foodadrol seems to be working for me. What about retainable muscle? I know numerous kids around our age that did the juice too young, and you wouldn't know they every juiced 9-12 months later. Ultimately, my point is that waiting till you are at least 21 is not only much safer on your HPTA, but will probably result in more retainable pounds. Sorry, had to rant about that.
