im actually a little late in posting this, but better late than never.
current stats:
height-6'5
weight-220
bodyfat-9-10% (guessing, but its never been over 10, thanks to the gift/curse of a fast metabolism)
age-mid 30s
i did my first cycle at age 16, and have been hooked ever since. im in my 30s, and have been at it in the gym for over 20 years. in that time, i have had my weight go up as high as 240. this may not seem like its a lot for my frame, but my objectives were always to appear bigger than i am. its all about illusion for me. i would rather be 240 and look 260.
at this moment, i am a bit out of proportion thanks in part to a partial tear of my mcl and my stubborness to rest it properly. my knee is almost 100% now, and its getting stronger. my legs lack, but im bringing them up. they are growing, thanks to the magic of muscle memory. i would say i need about two more inches, maybe a little less, to bring them up to par with my upper body. legs were my fav part to train, so my love affair with squats should fix this pretty quickly.
i kind of recently stumbled into the world of short cycles, much by accident. i discuss this on another thread, and now plan to experiment around with them some.
my objectives are to bring my legs up to par, and possibly enter a local contest this summer, provided i can come in around 240. if i miss, i will take the next year to just add quality muscle, and then tear up the competition, hehe...
