What would be a good way to do this cycle?

THIS IS WHAT I'M WORKING WITH. I have 10 viols of sustanon, 10 viols of Test E as well as Nolva and clomid for PCT.

The 10 week cycle I has in mind was:
-Sustanon 250 at 500 mg for 5 weeks
-Test E at 500mg for 5 more weeks
-then do proper PCT

Or maybe 250mg of each every week?

Any cycle advice is appreciated

You need more gear. Period. Test Enan should be ran for a min. of 10-12 weeks @ no less than 500 mg/ew, imo....however:

I would consider learning how to eat and fill out your 145lb frame, bro, before starting any aas. I think that at your age and weight you could easily pack on 20-30 pounds of lbm in a year or two with a good diet.
