Any tips on how to find Pure Amino Acids?

i want it in powder that dissolves under your tongue. i like to put it under my tongue during workouts. that way it's absorbed right away when the muscle needs it. (instead of waiting until i get home)

i have a bottle but it was purchased out of state. i need to find a source online. thanks in advance for any help.

amino acids are just what makes up protein, for your muscles to be able to use a protein it must be a Complete Protein, meaning it contains all the Essential Amino Acids.

just eat a meal with good complex carbs and good protein an hour or so before your workout, then sip on a whey/dex shake before and during your workout, and chug a whey/dex shake right after your workout (bring it with you to the gym). that way you will have plenty of amino's in your bloodstream to start the recovery process ASAP.

BCAA's (branched chain amino acids) are also excellent for sparing muscle when you exercise, but having a couple grams of BCAA's during your workout does not negate the fact that you still need a PWO shake.

Eat a bunch of protein, your body will purify it for you.
