Ouch Pain - HELP!

I just got my normal shot - 2mls of test.

I kinda clinched up my ass for a sec, but sometimes I do that before my fiance hits me.

Next thing I know I have a serious pain in my ass and kind of running down the side of my leg.

She massaged the muscle for like 15 minutes, now Im sitting on a heating pad.

What is this pain? Did I hit a nerve?

What is a sharp electric-like pain? If so, you nailed a nerve. Don't worry it'll go away. It sure does hurt like mother though huh.

I just had the same thought before you responded.

Im thinking she might have went too low and towards the outside of my ass cheek.

Yea, so right now it's running down my hammy and almost feels like a cramp.

But I wouldn't describe it as "electric." More like the muscles in my ass and hammy are curled and cramped.
