    Question New to everything-Deca-T3-advice needed

    Here is the deal.

    I am working out regularly with cardio. At least 30 min on a treadmill plus 500 meter swim a day. My target is weight loss.

    However I am running into some problems mainly weight loss without muscle gain doesn't seem to have a point. I go from fat blob to skinny puppy. Not a good trade off.

    I have begun lifting. I am trading off between upper and lower body on different days. Basic stuff. I am aiming for two excerises for each muscle group. I have some guidence on this but any help is more then welcome.

    I want to start a deca cycle and have been doing online research. (I don't have anyone at the local gym I can talk to)

    I want to combine it with cytomel t3.

    What I really what to do is finish sheading fat and bulk up.

    This is what I am thinking.

    T3
    5 days at 25 mg per day
    5 days at 50 mg per day
    4 weeks at 75mg per day
    5 days at 50mg per day
    5 days at 25 mg per day

    deca (planning on buying from *edit* but again suggestions needed)

    I am thinking 250ml for six weeks. one week taper both ways of 125ml.

    Look guys I want to get this right. If I sound like and un-sure idiot it is becuase I don't know what I am talking about.

    Break it down kindergarden style.

    second , before posting I suggest you READ the rules . posting steroid websites is against them so please edit your post.

    Taking Deca without some Test is NOT a good idea !! There is a ton of information you still need before ever considering taking AAS.

    Do you know what PCT is?
    Do you know what Deca dick is?

    i dont trust those sites anyways...

    your best bet is to work out hard, eat amazing, and keep a consitant and great routine...youll grow faster...plus have money left over to take your girl out to dinner.

    woah dude. if u just started with weights!! man!! keep up the cardio and keep on those weights! guys help me out here! youll do amazing if youve never weight trained before. dont do steroids if you just startd to lift!!! u dont need it ur muscles are gonna be so in shock and they will respond accordingly!!!!! plus you gotta build up ur tendons before u even begin to think about the sauce! just tryin to help ya bro!
