Here is the deal.
I am working out regularly with cardio. At least 30 min on a treadmill plus 500 meter swim a day. My target is weight loss.
However I am running into some problems mainly weight loss without muscle gain doesn't seem to have a point. I go from fat blob to skinny puppy. Not a good trade off.
I have begun lifting. I am trading off between upper and lower body on different days. Basic stuff. I am aiming for two excerises for each muscle group. I have some guidence on this but any help is more then welcome.
I want to start a deca cycle and have been doing online research. (I don't have anyone at the local gym I can talk to)
I want to combine it with cytomel t3.
What I really what to do is finish sheading fat and bulk up.
This is what I am thinking.
T3
5 days at 25 mg per day
5 days at 50 mg per day
4 weeks at 75mg per day
5 days at 50mg per day
5 days at 25 mg per day
deca (planning on buying from *edit* but again suggestions needed)
I am thinking 250ml for six weeks. one week taper both ways of 125ml.
Look guys I want to get this right. If I sound like and un-sure idiot it is becuase I don't know what I am talking about.
Break it down kindergarden style.
