I have always had trouble with my abs/mid section. This is the only place I store fat. I naturally have a wider waist and a long torso (think Jay cutler) but I can't seem to make my abs shine like I want. I have tried high reps, low reps, weighted and pretty much everything in between.
Any workouts, to destroy my abs and help their development would be appreciated.
Also, is my definition simply attributed to the fact that this is the only place that I store fat? DAMNNNNNN.
