...do another cycle. I think im gonna keep it simple, keep the sides down and the gains up. This is a simple yet very effective bulker that helps your joints stay buttery, and your gains huge. Recovery is not too bad. If your new to this DO NOT use these doses, maybe a half. NOT A NOOB CYCLE.
WEEK 1-6 50-100mg Anadrol ED (yes, its pretty safe to stay on 6 weeks)
WEEK 1-10 200mg Deca EOD
WEEK 1-12 300mg Test E EOD
On hand :
Nolvadex, Arimidex (maybe aromasin instead), HCG. These will be used on cycle if necessary, to combat gyno. Sometimes I see a little while on... sometimes not. This is how id run it while on :
HCG 500iu E4D
Nolva 20mg ED
Arimidex .5mg ED
PCT :
(2 weeks after last Test E shot)
WEEK 1-2 500iu HCG EOD
WEEK 1-4 20-40mg Nolva ED (depending if HCG causes a bit of gyno)
WEEK 1-4 Arimidex - 1mg ED
INJECTION ROUTINE :
4 sites : glutes and thighs. Each time i repeat a site, i stay 1 inch away from last injection there. Works well for me. Please note that these esters dont need to be shot so often, its my pref. to go more often/less volume/normal concentrations.
DIET :
3000-4000 Cal. a day, lots of clean protien carbs and fat! all the water i can handle.
WORKOUTS :
1 hour a day, minimum 5 days a week, HEAVY compounds, 15 min isolated of choice. No cardio except 5 min warmup on cycle, row, whatever.
***sleep!!! 8 hours a night - no drinking, rec drugs etc.
I recommend this routine to anyone with a couple cycles under thier belt. It added 12-14 lean pounds last time. Lots of water too (another 15) but you can shed it if you know how.
