To anyone that can give me any help!
I am at the point in my professional career where i need that extra egde!I play rugby at a high level and need that little extra!
I have a good diet, good training and good sleep pattern. My stats are below:
21 yrs old
5'9''
13st
12% bf
play centre - meaning i need to keep as fit and sharp as possible but also be strong/powerful
no rugby for 4.5 months so no yesting either!
basic sample training program for summer:
Mon: - Weights
Tues: - Fitness
Wed: - Weights
Thurs: - Fitness
Fri: - Weights
Sat: - Speed/Power
Sun: - Off
I am open to ANY ideas as far as steroids are concerned, though I have thouroughly researched this I realsie that designing my own cycle would not be as effective as one that an experienced person could do.
I realise some may say i'm too young but I have made up my mind and would be very grateful for any advice none the less!
