Thread: Desparately seeking advice!!!

    Please Read This.....

    To anyone that can give me any help!

    I am at the point in my professional career where i need that extra egde!I play rugby at a high level and need that little extra!
    I have a good diet, good training and good sleep pattern. My stats are below:

    21 yrs old
    5'9''
    13st
    12% bf
    play centre - meaning i need to keep as fit and sharp as possible but also be strong/powerful
    no rugby for 4.5 months so no yesting either!

    basic sample training program for summer:

    Mon: - Weights
    Tues: - Fitness
    Wed: - Weights
    Thurs: - Fitness
    Fri: - Weights
    Sat: - Speed/Power
    Sun: - Off

    I am open to ANY ideas as far as steroids are concerned, though I have thouroughly researched this I realsie that designing my own cycle would not be as effective as one that an experienced person could do.
    I realise some may say i'm too young but I have made up my mind and would be very grateful for any advice none the less!

    If you have done your research then you should be able to at least put something together......for a starter i would consider running some test at 250-500mg/wk for 10-12 weeks with proper AI's and PCT. Some may say 250mg/wk is not enough.....but i beg to differ....i gained around 30 lbs my first cycle using test e 250mg/wk for 10 weeks. what did you have in mind for using?

    another point: i played rugby while i juiced, make sure you have a story ready

    ex "yeah, ive just been eating a lot more lately 4000 cals a day"

    "i am using this new creatine"

    you know some bullshit like that bc your teammates will be noticing as well as your coach!!!!!

    We can't design a cycle FOR you , that isn't how it works here. we can aid you in a cycle that YOU have researched and propose

    As the reaper stated, I would suggest a first cycle of a long estered Testosterone like Test Enanthate or Cypionate
    along with an AI on hand for during, and proper PCT for after

    I'm from the US so i have a hard time converting 13stones into lbs haha

    but that aside, welcome aboard.
    hopefully u have enough free time to do alot of reading on this board.
    and use that SEARCH button to get most of your answers.

    Winstrol & Primo would be my sugg.

    cheers for the advice so far. from research and the advice given i think that the winny and primo would be best. as i do not want to blow up and get the associated side effects that come with test (ie water ret)

    primo and winny seem to give solid muscle gains with relatively good at keeping gains.

    anyone think any diff and what doesages etc would you suggest?

    I would recommend Test Enan, and maybe some Masteron.
    Masteron will also make you bload less and help keeping gyno away. Will make you harder also, thats the main purpose.

    A dose of 500mg test and 500mg masteron per week, for 10 weeks.

    Also using letro during cycle, It will make you bloat much less plus it will keep gyno issues away.

    Letro dosage: ~0.5mg Everyday.
