    hi every1 just thought as ive just joined id say hi to every 1 im 34 6ft 200lbs 17%bf trained for 2 years but started getting into it a lot more serious hoping to get sum great advice as im wanting to take some AS i can see theres a lot
    of experinced people here so if theres anybody who would like to help a virgin user out would be great nice to meet u all and thanxs
