    Is it possible?

Hey all, im just wondering if its possible/healthy to drop around 10% body fat in maybe a month and a half or so with a very strict diet and workout routine with cardio 2 times a day?

I was going over this plan with someone earlier and they told me it would either be impossible or very unhealthy to drop so much in a month. I have never attempted it so I figured I would ask the pros

My diet is in check and im running cardio in the am and pwo as well, 5 times a week.

    Your opinions?

That is a massive goal, more-or-less impossible in my eyes to be honest with you. Even with gear. You must take into account that the lower percentile you are, the harder it becomes to drop bodyfat. You can definitely make huge improvements in that amount of time, although you may want to take catabolism into account. Post your diet, it may not be as "in check" as you think. (It may be though!)

Thanks for the response. I think i might have shot too far with my goals... you are probably right that it is impossible. Im hoping to get as far down as possible though.

As for the diet, here it is:

    Meal 2:
    Protein shake (224, 46, 5, 3)
    1 tbsp olive oil (120, 0, 0, 14)
    - Totals: (344, 46, 5, 17)

    Meal 3:
    8 oz chicken breast (240, 50, 0, 6)
    1/2 cup oats (150, 5, 27, 3)
    Veggies
    - Totals: (390, 55, 27, 9)

    Workout

    Meal 4:
    PWO nutrition
    Protein + carb shake (224, 46, 60, 3)
    - Totals: (224, 46, 60, 3)

    Meal 5:
    5 oz tuna w/ 1 tbsp mayo dressing (190, 32, 2, 4)
    1/4 cup uncooked white rice (150, 3, 35, 0)
    Veggies
    - Totals: (340, 35, 37, 4)

    Meal 6:
    Protein shake (224, 46, 5, 3)

I do prefer real food, but rotating food for one and a shake for the next is ok as long as you're getting your macro's in. Now to Lose 10%bf in a month....not impossible. It can be done but ya have to have EVERYTHING dialed in perfectly. Personally I wouldn't want that kind of strain on my body and try a little lower.

Well, im on the go a lot so I cant have actual food for every meal so I alternate food/shake in order to keep up with my lifestyle.

@Texan: Yea, your probably right... I dont want to push my body so hard to the point that im overdoing it either. 10% may be a bit too much but I can still drop it down enough to notice it I hope

You can definitely lose a significant amount of weight in a very limited time span but surely you will be catabolic. Hence you will lose fat as well as muscle mass.

Is your meal six protein shake a caseinate shake? If not, I'd replace it with solid food.
