Milk thistle vs. dandelion

I heard that dandelion does the same thing as milk thistle and also helps get rid of water retention. Well, what do you guys know about this?

Well I always use dandelion root for getting ride of water when I am dieting down and trying to dial in, in the last few days, and I use milk thistle strickly for when I am taking my orals. Don't depend on the dandelion to do the job of milk thistle.
