Exactly what is estrogen fat? besides gyno on you chest, is there any difference between normal fat and estrogen fat. On you legs in particular?

Estrogen fat is just fat storage in typically female places, thighs, hips, butt and tits. It's cause by high estrogen. The fat should be easier to reduce with the use of an AI or SERM. I'm gonna prolly try nolvadex first and if that doesnt work ill get some letro.

Wow amazing transformation, what exactly did your workout routine consist of? Were you more cardio or more weightlifting? Where you strength training or light weight training?

Heres an example of my training when i first started:

day 1) Circuit x1: Wide Grip Pull Downs
    Deep chest touching Push-ups
    Seated Cable Rows

Day 2) Normal sets: Dumbbell Single Leg Calf Raises x2
Single Leg Donkey Calf Raises x1
    Superset x1: Deadlifts
    Dumbell Squats

    Day 3) Normal Sets: V Sit-ups x1
    Lying Leg Raises x1
    Crunches x1
    Planks x1
    Dumbell Side Bends x1

Circuit x1: Deep chest touching Push-ups
    Wide Grip Pull Downs
    Hanging Clean & Press

NO CARDIO OTHER THEN THE CIRCUITS

Heres an example of what it looks like today:

Day 1) Wide Grip Chin-ups for 20 reps regardless of sets ( I usually get to 8 the first time and only break for about 20-30 seconds until performing another set). Keep in mind these are deep stretches and deep contractions touching my chest for the first few reps (VERY HARD).

Circuit x3: Wide Grip Pull Downs
    Push-ups
Side Leg raises with 45lb Bar in hands
    Bentover Barbbell Rows
    V-sit Twists with medicine ball

    Superset: Straight Bar Curl
    Tricep Push-down

    Superset: Reverse Straight Bar Curl
    Reverse Tricep Push-down

Cardio: 18 min pavement jog after my wieght training

Day 2) I now do normal sets for leg days as I can really push my self each set which is hard enough on the cardio as it is.

Normal Sets: Dubbell Single Leg Calf Raises x4
Single Leg Donkey Calf Raises x3 (Rest-Pause)
    Deadlifts x4
    Squats x3

    Day 3) Normal Sets: V-sit-ups x3
Lying Leg Raises superseted with Crunches x3
Planks (repped up and down rather then just hold) x3
    Dumbell Side Bends x1

    Circuit x3: Flat Bench Press
    Wide Grip Pull Down
    Barbbell Shoulder Press
    Barbell Shrugs
    Push-ups

    Superset x2: Tricep Push-down
    Reverse Tricep Push-down

I am now doing 20 mins on the recumbent bike every second morning but i think its bothering my knees so im gonna find another type of cardio for morning. The 18 min jog after my day 1 circuit still remains. And i skip rope for about 5 mins before lifting wieghts.

Legs I like to have a wide rep range of about 6-20. All circuits and supersets are done with 10-20 reps. Abs are done with 15-40 reps and Calfs are done with 10-25 reps.

I push to failure for each exercise except for the first sets of deadlifts or squats.

I always thoroughly warm-up and stretch for about 30 mins before each lifting session. I think my warm-ups would be enough of a workout for the average person.

Fantastic transformation bro. At 22 it's nice for your skin to be tightening up so well after shedding all that weight. Good job.

Yah i wanna do a cycle for sure. The earliest i plan on doing one is april 2008 tho. My 23rd birthday is in April and that would give me enough time to have a good base. I want to build up a good ammount of muscle first as i havnt had a chance to really train or eat in an anabolic way. Also, i want to bring up any lagging body parts before the cycle.

Man, great work. That is an amazing transformation. It's great to show the new members that think steroids are the only answer, that diet is key to achieving your goals. Once again, good job.
