IGF with my ass or inbetween cycles?

im doing 3 4 weeks cycles and i have gotten mixed reviews about using my igf with my aas or by it self. I think it would be better on its on since it helps to promote growth of new cells, then using ass after would cause these new cells to grow maximizing my growth is this right?

4 wks of 100mg prop ed
4 wks of dbol 50mg ed

well, definitely use it during PCT, seems to help a lot. off cycle/on cycle - if there are any synergies between IGF and AS (which many believe there are), then you're losing out using it off cycle.

If it's only a 4 week cycle, then use it during PCT.

Nothing wrong with using it off cycle, I do it all the time.

As for what you have lined up, I'd use it in PCT and not during. It will really aid with retaining whatever you gain in those 4 weeks.
