finasteride only blocks test? steroid.com says different..

The basic consensus here is that finasteride only blocks dht conversion from test, but I was reading through the masteron profile and it recommends taking it to combat hairloss? huh ? Can someone clear this up for me ?

not sure about masterton, thought that was a dht derivative.anyway it will work on anything that is 5-alpha reduced.

Is spiro an over the counter product, or does it have to be ordered from a research chem site?

Can't find it anywhere in the drug stores, does it go by a generic name?

I dont know what names to look for but I know when I got my nizoral it was right there beside it and the rogaine. Read the ingredients for the products and see which one has spirolonactone 5% on the list.

Hmmm...I was able to find the Nizoral and Rogaine. I'll keep looking for the spiro though. However, the Rogaine says on the package that it's only good for the top of the head, not for thinning in the front or a receeding hairline. Is spiro the same, or is it more universal?
