I only do sub-q in the belly area, have never needed to shoot anywhere else.

using frag now. order hgh will be starting that soon. will atart at 3iu a day and work my way to 8-10. gear told me do 2iu at a time, a couple times a day. so i would be injecting 4-5 times a day.

Sorry I can't help there, I've only done hcg sub-q, so I haven't had to shoot that often. Bump for more opinions.

but really its only PGCL that seems to leave bruises no MATTER WHERE I PUT THAT SHIT.
i had basically track marks on my bi's/tri's/ab's and it LOOKED BAD..
either i was an abused child or a druggie.. hard to tell which

I inject anywhere I can pinch fat. Right now that is down to my love handles, but it can get up to quad, etc. depending on my weight.
