Hello, I have been training for 3 years. I cut my bf down from %25 to around %12 in that time. It seems as though I am stuck in a kind of rut though. I train hard daily and my diet is SUPER clean. I feel as though sometime I have a more "watery" appearance. I am also trying to lose a few more lbs of bf to acheive a super lean look. I have visible veins in my lower abs but still feel like im holding some water. Here is an example of my diet...

I drink at least a gallon of water a day and ALOT of SF crystal light!
I lift 5 days a week and do cardio on my days off in the mornings, as well as 20 minutes post workout at medium intensity. I am 5'6,175 lbs. I am very lean and vascular but im always looking for improvement and advice on how to get more ripped! By the way, I am a full time firefighter and I work on an ambulance to sometimes I have to substitute meals for MRPs or bars... Any help would be SOO MUCH appreaciated!!!!
