two days ago i injected winny in my butt. yesterday it was really sore, i thought it would be for a day or two. but today its so sore that it hurts to sit down. and when i flex my butt, there is a huge lump about the size of a small apple. i hit the same spot that i always inject in, so i think it was a good injection. what do you think is going on? what should i do?

Well if your injecting winnie it needs to be done every day. Are you injecting in the exact same place every single day?

you need to rotate injection sites for starters..inj winny is known to hurt...deal with the pain or just drink it!!

winny can be a bitch to inject, the same happened to me, IMO drink up!

i was planning on doing it everyday, but after the first shot it hurt like a bitch! i guess i just have to suck it up and do it again

ever thought of trying to inject anywhere besides your glutes? Try your delts or quads..theyre easy..I like pec injects too..you need to rotate up sites esp if doing ed or eod injects as you will build up scar tissue, plus injecting winny or sus in the same spot will make you sore as hell!!

Bad idea, try to go as long as possible befor injecting in the same spot again. Use your shoulders and quads also to inject in.

well i just did it in my shoulder... it burns like a bitch but oh well.. hopefully it doesnt swell up like my glute

not sure why most people inject winny? The difference between injecting and taking it oraly is negligible to most people so why put with all the pain for an extra lb of muscle??

u will not get optimal gains if you do not shoot it every day or atleast every other day but with double the dosage
