    Heres my advice:

Read. Read this forum all you can. Read the steroid forum, the suppplement forum, the diet forum, the workout forum and the pct forum. Its chock full of great information. Then if you have a specific question, ask it.

Saying you're a beginner and need advice is pretty vague...

Magazines and books are good too. Just go to the library or used book store. There are so many different approaches to training. Study how different bodybuilders in the past trained and compare. ie how Arnold trained compared to Dorian Yates. Some books that have a lot of good basic advice and has a ton of exercises is Getting Stronger or Keys to The inner Universe by Bill Pearl. These books are old and can be found used. And they are good to keep around. Ultimate Sports Nutrition by Dr MIchael Colgan is good too. Fred Hatfield's books are good too. Keep reading keep an open mind and observe how your body responds to different training and dieting techniques. Good luck.

I would start by trying to understand what a cycle is and the difference between a beginner's cycle and advanced. You can read all about this on the home page that provided you the link to this forum. Obviously you're going to want to do a "beginner's" cycle for the first time. Learn about the steroids and the PCT (very important) invlolved with the cycle. All of this can be learned by READING on the home page without ever posting a question in here first. Once you have a bit of understanding and what you "think" you want to do, then is the time to come and post questions here.
