Here is some info about me:
5'9'', 25 y.o., trying to do a lean bulk. I do 1 hour of cardio 5-6 days a week and weights all on an empty stomach. This is my first time doing a clean, lean bulk and I would like to do it correctly so that I can prevent excess fat gains. I busted my butt for the past year and got down to 6% bf (you can see my pics in the Members Pics area under My Transformation).
What do I need to fix in my diet? Am I ok as far as food intake goes and percentages of macros?
