Player caught using steroids

A high school baseball player in my area just got tested positive for steroids and he is suppose to get drafted or go to a big division 1 school... I was just wondering if the MLB or any colleges would not pick him up now because of the incident because I thought i heard somewhere that as long as your not in the MLB on steroids they have no say or something... any comments on what you think might happen to the kid would be appreciated...

I've heard rumors about a new rule which will force young players to be tested in order to be drafted.

Not sure if they will/won't pass it though.

Also ... why is the KID on the juice ? .... at 18 the last thing I needed was juice.

don't ask me.... I was just wondering about his future.... you would be surprised how many kids juice in high school though
