WAAAAAAAAYYYYYY too many carbs. You need to unlearn the low fat thing.

This would be more like it.

6am 4 jumbo eggs (or more smaller ones) with cheese on top
    7:30 regular cottage cheese
    9am protein drink
    10:30 6oz sugar free yogurt-3/4 4 slices bacon, 2 sausage
    12pm 6oz tuna-high fiber low carb tortilla-tomato and letuce
4 pm post workout shake 8oz salmon
5 pm 8oz chicken big serving of green veggies
8 pm steak and a salad
    10 pm 50g protein (casein)

somewhere around 3000 to 3500 calories or so. Eat until satisfied. 30 to 60 carbs depending on what you can stick with. Lots of protein, and don't give fat a second thought, whatever fills out your calories is fine.

hmm.....I dont think that that few carbs is good. I usualy eat 300-350 carbs a day and lean out. Also I think that fats are healthy, but not just any ones. I will stick to flax oil, avacodos, and peanut butter for my fats, and save red meats for cheat meals.

ugh.... yea that's the problem right there.

You eat more carbs cutting then I do bulking. Granted my insulin response isn't great and I'd probably bulk with 400 if I was normal.

Low carbs is very good for cutting. and the studies showing problems from eating fat are complete and total bollocks.

Here is some information about it and why it is junk science.

It'd be good if you could total up protein/fat/carb counts for your meals and for the whole day.
