steroids of the 80s

Looking back at pictures of old powerlifters such as Ted arcidi, Lee moran, Doug Youngs, Bill kazmaier....And I was thinking:

What steroids were popular and widely used by powerlifters in the 70s/80s?????

What would have been avaliable and what was the drug of choice?

dbol was the main steroid i would of thought

Not much different from what we use today. Test, Deca, Dbol were the 3 biggies.

I believe if you look at the steroid profiles that most were available by the 70's and so would have been available to those you mentioned.. the difference between them and us is we use PCT and better planned cycles based off better science (and their experiences : )
