    Question creatine monohydrate ?

sorry for beating a dead horse, but i searched and couldnt get the answer i wanted. so once i get my broken arm healed and get back in the gym, i wanna start takin some mono. basically for the size and strength gains(even though its mostly all water).question is whats a good pure micronized mono, should i take it pre and post, and what should i mix it with to help transport it better(ie. grape juice,water,etc..).also should i supplement some glutamine in also? sorry for the novel, but with all my free time ive thought about this frequently. any help is greatly appreciated.thanks.

Get some Creatine Mono or EE.

    Get some BCAA's.

    Get some L-Glutamine.

Take the BCAA's pre and post workout (as directed on the bottle/tub).

Take the Creatine Mono 5g pre, 5g post.

Take the L-Glutamine 5-10g pre and 5-10g post. Then another 10g before bed.

Also get some Whey for apon awakening, post workout.

Also get some Casein protein for before bed.

Stay simple! The above is what I do.

Yes it's ok, some people say that if you take creatine with grape juice or some king of high Gl carb drink you body absorbs it better. I used to take it with water then i swiched to grape juice.

The latest tub of creatine mono (micro) said i didn't need to load and also, the servings were alot less than they used to be a few years back, slightly confused!

I never load now; like previously stated, gave me the shits and some nasty wind - farting like a trooper as well pissing like a race horse.

you be fine with the grape juice. CEE keeps the creatine in your muscle as opposed to under your skin with mono

nope...never heard of it, but i dont think anyone has done any test on what long term side effects on creatine might be. There's a lot of info out there, just type creatine side effects in google.
