He said Andriol not Anadrol. Yes Andriol would be a mild steroid to use. It's needed at fairly high doses everyday. It's still testosterone so it has the ability to cause acne

i would use var if i was a jumper, a lot of strenght, and minimal weight gain
I would go with winny from what I read..
for me winstrol, makes my joints brittle, i dont think he can risk that if he is a jumper.

go ahead and try what you want ouf of that list, but keep the doses low, you dont want to take over 250mg of test and 20mg of any oral. ur not a bodybuilder
5mg of dbol got the job done for many world champions, so dont get too wild with all the bodybuilding doses. it WILL get the job done and save you money and sorrow for being bulked up and slow using high doses.
to benefit from steroids as an athlete you will need to change your whole program, for example instead of doing 5 sets of 30m, and call it an acceleration workout, you will now do 9-10 sets of 30m out of blocks, plus some med ball throws.
the increased recovery will allow you to actually train harder for a better jump\sprint so do it wisely.
What ur looking for from AAS is enhanced recovery\contraction strength\fat burn, not size and strength (well, unless ur a skinny sausage) if you are a skinny sausage, go lift some weights and learn how to eat before touching steroids.
